Level Up Online
Effective Date: 1st October 2025
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Level Up Online, including the online community, courses, livestreams, recordings, discussions, downloadable resources, and related services operated by Digital Domination Pty Ltd trading as Level Up WCS (“Level Up”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing a membership, accessing the platform, or participating in the community, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Business Information

2. Membership Access
Level Up Online provides access to online educational content, community discussions, livestreams, recordings, classroom materials, challenges, feedback, and related resources.
Membership access may include:
- Monthly memberships
- Annual memberships
- Digital products and courses
- Livestreams and workshops
- Community discussion areas
- Downloadable resources
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or update content, features, pricing, instructors, and community offerings at any time.
3. Membership Billing & Renewal
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Level Up to charge the payment method provided for recurring subscription payments.
Pricing may change at any time. Existing members will be notified of material pricing changes before renewal.
4. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time through the platform or by contacting Level Up.
Upon cancellation:
- Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Your membership will not renew after the current billing period expires.
- No prorated refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
- Cancelling a membership does not entitle the member to reimbursement for previous payments.
Failure to use the platform does not relieve the member of payment obligations.
5. Refund Policy
All payments made to Level Up Online are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Partial use of membership
- Failure to participate
- Lack of use
- Scheduling conflicts
- Technical ability or skill level
- Dissatisfaction with personal progress
- Accidental purchases
- Forgotten renewals
No refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided unless expressly approved by Level Up in writing.
6. Community Standards & Behaviour
Members agree to behave respectfully toward all community members, instructors, moderators, contractors, and guests.
The following behaviour is prohibited:
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Threatening or abusive behaviour
- Spam or promotional solicitation
- Sharing another member’s private information
- Disruptive conduct
- Posting inappropriate or offensive content
- Repeated negative or hostile behaviour
- Attempting to undermine or damage the community
Level Up reserves the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate memberships at our sole discretion.
7. Termination of Membership
Level Up may suspend or terminate a member’s access immediately and without refund if the member:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Engages in misconduct
- Harasses community members
- Shares copyrighted or protected material without permission
- Damages the reputation or operation of Level Up
- Attempts to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Level Up content
Termination decisions are made at the sole discretion of Level Up.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All Level Up Online content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Videos
- Livestreams
- Classroom content
- Training resources
- Written posts
- Community discussions
- Feedback threads
- Graphics
- Branding
- Downloadable materials
- Recordings
Members may not:
- Copy
- Record
- Download (unless explicitly permitted)
- Repost
- Redistribute
- Sell
- Share
- Upload elsewhere
- Publicly display
- Commercially exploit
any Level Up content without prior written permission.
This restriction includes sharing community discussions, private member conversations, livestreams, and classroom materials outside the Level Up Online platform.
Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
9. User-Generated Content
Members retain ownership of content they personally create and post within the community.
However, by posting content within Level Up Online, members grant Level Up a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, repost, display, share, and distribute that content for educational, promotional, community, or marketing purposes.
This may include:
- Testimonials
- Comments
- Photos
- Videos
- Community discussions
- Progress updates
- Success stories
If a member wishes specific content to be removed from promotional use, they may contact Level Up in writing.
10. Digital Products & Separate Purchases
Level Up may offer standalone digital products, courses, workshops, recordings, or educational materials separate from membership.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Purchases are for personal use only
- Access is non-transferable
- Payments are non-refundable
- Content may not be shared or redistributed
Separate product-specific terms may apply.
11. Educational Disclaimer
Level Up provides educational and informational content related to dance, performance, movement, training, and community participation.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific dance outcomes
- Competition results
- Skill progression
- Income generation
- Professional opportunities
- Personal transformation
Individual results vary depending on effort, practice, experience, consistency, and personal circumstances.
12. Technical Access
Members are responsible for ensuring they have:
- Internet access
- Compatible devices
- Suitable software
- Platform access capability
Level Up is not responsible for interruptions caused by:
- Internet outages
- Third-party platform failures
- Device incompatibility
- User technical issues
- Platform maintenance
Temporary interruptions do not entitle members to refunds.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up and Digital Domination Pty Ltd are not liable for:
- Indirect loss
- Consequential loss
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Personal dissatisfaction
- Emotional distress
- Community disputes
- Technical interruptions
- Injuries arising from dance practice or training
Participation in dance-related activities is undertaken at the member’s own risk.
14. Privacy
By joining Level Up Online, members consent to the collection and use of information reasonably required to operate the platform, process payments, communicate with members, and improve services.
Level Up will not intentionally sell personal information to third parties.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
16. Changes to Terms
Level Up may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms become effective upon publication on the platform or website.
Continued use of Level Up Online after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Level Up Socials & Dance Classes
Effective Date: 1st January 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Level Up WCS classes, socials, workshops, events, private lessons, memberships, and related activities operated by Digital Domination Pty Ltd trading as Level Up WCS (“Level Up”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By attending, purchasing, registering, or participating in any Level Up activity, you acknowledge and consent to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Participation
Level Up provides dance-related educational and social activities including but not limited to:
- Weekly classes
- Social dance events
- Workshops
- Intensives
- Private lessons
- Ticketed events
- Special events
- Guest instructor events
- Memberships
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the attendee’s own risk.
2. Payments
Payments may be made:
- Online
- Via card
- Via cash at the door
- Through approved third-party booking systems
Prices may change without notice.
Entry may be refused if payment has not been completed.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, credits, or transfers are not guaranteed.
Any refund request is assessed individually at the discretion of Level Up.
Factors considered may include:
- Injury or medical circumstances
- Emergencies
- Event cancellation
- Exceptional circumstances
No refunds are guaranteed for:
- Change of mind
- Non-attendance
- Scheduling conflicts
- Partial attendance
- Missed classes
- Late arrivals
- Dissatisfaction with personal progress
If Level Up cancels an event, class, or workshop, attendees may receive:
- A refund
- A credit
- Transfer to another event
at Level Up’s discretion.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Dance and physical movement activities involve inherent physical risks.
By attending any Level Up class, workshop, social, rehearsal, private lesson, performance, livestream, or event, attendees acknowledge that participation in dance activities carries a risk of physical injury and, in rare circumstances, serious injury or death.
By participating, attendees acknowledge and accept risks including:
- Physical injury
- Falls
- Slips
- Muscle soreness
- Sprains
- Contact with other participants
- Fatigue
- Aggravation of existing conditions
Attendees participate entirely at their own risk.
By participating, attendees release and hold harmless Level Up, Digital Domination Pty Ltd, its directors, instructors, contractors, DJs, assistants, volunteers, staff, venue partners, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, or demands arising from participation in Level Up activities before, during, or after events or classes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up, Digital Domination Pty Ltd, instructors, contractors, staff, volunteers, venues, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Loss of belongings
- Illness
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Actions of other attendees
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participation.
Attendees further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Level Up, Digital Domination Pty Ltd, and anyone acting on its behalf from any liability, claims, costs, damages, or legal expenses arising from their participation, conduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Medical Conditions
Attendees should seek appropriate medical advice before participating if they have injuries, illnesses, or health concerns.
Attendees are responsible for managing their own physical condition and limitations.
6. Behaviour Standards
Attendees must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, contractors, DJs, volunteers, venue staff, and fellow dancers.
The following behaviour may result in removal without refund:
- Harassment
- Aggressive conduct
- Discrimination
- Intoxicated or unsafe behaviour
- Repeated disruption
- Inappropriate physical conduct
- Bullying
- Damage to venue property
- Failure to follow safety instructions
Level Up reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees at its discretion.
7. Photography & Video Recording
Level Up events and classes may be photographed or recorded.
By attending, participants consent to being captured in:
- Photos
- Videos
- Livestreams
- Social media content
- Promotional material
- Marketing campaigns
Level Up may use this content for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation.
Attendees acknowledge that other attendees may also independently capture and share content on social media.
If an attendee has concerns regarding media usage, they should speak with Level Up prior to attending.
8. Minors & Children
Level Up events and classes are generally intended for participants aged 15 years and older.
Younger children may only attend with prior approval from Level Up.
Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for:
- Supervising children
- Monitoring behaviour
- Preventing disruption
- Cleaning up after children
- Ensuring child safety at all times
Level Up accepts no responsibility for supervising children.
9. Guest Instructors & Contractors
Level Up may engage guest instructors, DJs, contractors, assistants, or third-party providers.
Level Up is not responsible for statements, opinions, or conduct expressed independently by guest instructors or attendees outside official Level Up activities.
10. Intellectual Property
Class materials, choreography, branding, videos, graphics, and educational content provided by Level Up remain the intellectual property of Level Up unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be commercially reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
11. Venue Rules
Attendees agree to follow all venue rules, staff instructions, and safety requirements.
Attendees may be removed for behaviour that risks safety, damages property, or disrupts the event environment.
12. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
Level Up is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
Any disputes arising from participation in Level Up activities shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
14. Changes to Terms
Level Up may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
