Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions sets out an agreement between you, Steve and Amanda (Chase Dance) (“The Teachers”) as a waiver of liability:

By attending any live event organised by Level Up or by undertaking any online training or course, you understand and agree that by participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury and, in rare circumstances, death.

You agree to release and hold harmless The Teachers, including its teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. You will not hold The Teachers liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes.

Furthermore, you agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for your behavior in addition to any damage you may cause to the facilities utilized by The Teachers.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Teachers, and anyone acting on their behalf, harmless for such fees and costs.

Your Consent

By attending any event organised by Level Up, you consent to these terms and conditions.
